Fieldstone Partners

Meet Lee Aguiar and James Brandenburger, the Principal Owners of Fieldstone Partners, LLC. Jim and Lee have been building new homes since 1985 and proudly claim over 500 homes throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The two bring their personal perspectives and expertise to form a team with a wide range of capabilities in the building industry.  As partners they oversee every aspect of the building process including ground improvements and development, design, construction, and financing.  Together they bring decades of expertise into each and every home they build.  

As dedicated family men, their goal is to build every home as if building it for their own family.  Every phase of construction is supervised to ensure each detail is completed properly and up to their high standards.  This focus is evident throughout the entire building process and, just as important, continues with follow-up after closing.  

Residential projects completed in the last several years include subdivisions in Cinnaminson, Haddon Township, Burlington, Delanco, Fieldsboro, Pennsauken and Riverton.  Current projects in the works can be found in Pitman, Mount Laurel, Haddon Township, Cinnaminson and Ocean City to name a few.

In addition to the residential branch of the company, they have also developed, built and continue to manage several commercial and retail properties throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Clients include CVS, WaWa and PNC Bank.
